Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using OnPointCasino.com or any related mobile application operated by OnPoint Administration LLC (collectively, the “Platform”). By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account or otherwise accessing the Platform, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, that you are legally permitted to participate in sweepstakes promotions in your jurisdiction, and that you agree to comply with these Terms of Service and all applicable laws.

2. Platform Description

OnPointCasino.com comprises a sweepstakes gaming and entertainment platform. The Platform offers two types of virtual currency:

Gold Coins (GC): A virtual currency used solely for entertainment play. Gold Coins have no monetary value and cannot be redeemed for cash, prizes, or any other item of value.

Sweeps Coins (SC): A promotional currency issued free of charge. Sweeps Coins may be redeemed for cash prizes subject to these Terms, applicable sweepstakes rules, and completion of required verification.

This Platform operates as a sweepstakes promotion under applicable U.S. law. NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY to obtain Sweeps Coins or to participate in any sweepstakes offered on this Platform. See our Official Sweepstakes Rules for free entry methods.

3. Eligibility

To use the Platform you must:

- Be at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is greater) - Be a legal resident of an eligible U.S. state or territory - Not be located in a restricted jurisdiction at the time of play - Have a valid email address and be capable of entering into a binding legal agreement - Not be an employee, officer, director, or immediate family member of OnPoint Administration LLC or its affiliates

The Platform is void where prohibited. Residents of Washington State and any other jurisdiction where sweepstakes promotions of this type are not permitted are not eligible to participate.

4. Account Registration and Security

You must create an account to access the Platform's features. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account information updated. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately at support@onpointcasino.com if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that we believe have been compromised or are being used fraudulently.

5. Identity Verification (KYC)

Before making any purchase or redeeming Sweeps Coins, you must complete identity verification through our third-party KYC provider. Verification requires a valid government-issued photo ID and a biometric selfie. We reserve the right to request additional documentation at any time. Failure to complete verification will result in account restrictions.

6. Gold Coin Purchases

Gold Coins may be purchased in packages available on the Platform. All Gold Coin purchases are final and non-refundable except as described in our Refund Policy. Gold Coins have no monetary value and no expiration date. By purchasing Gold Coins, you are paying for entertainment access only — you are not purchasing a chance to win a prize.

7. Sweeps Coins and Prize Redemption

Sweeps Coins are issued free with Gold Coin package purchases or through free promotional entry. Sweeps Coins may be redeemed for cash prizes at a rate of 1 SC = $1.00 USD, subject to the following:

- Minimum redemption: 100 SC ($100.00 USD equivalent) - Full KYC identity verification must be completed before redemption - Redemption is limited to one request per customer per 24-hour period - Prizes are paid to the verified account holder only via ACH bank transfer or approved e-wallet - The Company reserves the right to limit or withhold redemptions pending compliance review - Sweeps Coins expire 12 months after issuance if unused

8. Prohibited Conduct

You agree that you will not:

- Create more than one account per person or household - Use a VPN, proxy, or other technology to mask your location or identity - Collude with other players or use automated tools, bots, or scripts - Engage in any form of fraud, money laundering, or abuse of promotions - Sell, transfer, or exchange your account or virtual currency - Reverse engineer, hack, or interfere with the Platform's systems - Violate any applicable law or regulation

Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate account termination, forfeiture of all virtual currency and prizes, and referral to law enforcement.

9. Responsible Gaming

We are committed to promoting responsible gaming. You can set deposit limits, session time limits, and self-exclusion periods from your account settings. We reserve the right to limit or close accounts where we have reason to believe a player is experiencing harm.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform, including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, and software, is the property of OnPoint Administration LLC or its content suppliers and is protected by U.S. and international intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written consent.

11. Privacy

Your use of the Platform is subject to our Privacy Policy, available on our website. By using the Platform, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.

12. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ONPOINT ADMINISTRATION LLC DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. IN NO EVENT SHALL WE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless OnPoint Administration LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of your use of the Platform, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

14. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be resolved by binding arbitration in Nashville, Tennessee, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction.

15. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or prominent notice on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
