AMOE Policy — Alternative Method of Entry & No-Purchase-Necessary Policy

OnPoint Casino is a free-to-play, promotional sweepstakes platform. No purchase is ever necessary to enter our sweepstakes, participate in sweepstakes gameplay, or win prizes. A purchase or payment of any kind will not increase your chances of winning. This policy explains every free method by which eligible, verified players may obtain Sweeps Coins (“SC”) and take part in our promotions on equal footing with all other participants.

1. Key Definitions

Sweeps Coins (“SC”) are the promotional entries used to participate in sweepstakes gameplay on OnPointCasino.com. SC have no cash value on their own, cannot be purchased, and are only ever provided free of charge. Subject to the Official Sweepstakes Rules, SC obtained through gameplay may be redeemable for real prizes once eligibility and verification requirements are met.

Gold Coins are the standard, for-entertainment virtual currency used for standard play. Gold Coins carry no monetary value and are never redeemable for prizes. Gold Coins are not required to obtain SC or to participate in any sweepstakes.

Verified Player means a registered account holder who is at least eighteen (18) years of age, is a legal resident of an eligible U.S. jurisdiction, and has successfully completed OnPoint's identity-verification (KYC) process.

2. Free Methods to Obtain Sweeps Coins

Eligible players may obtain SC through any of the free methods below. Each method delivers SC of identical character and value; no method offers an advantage over any other, and none requires a purchase, deposit, or payment of any kind.

Method A — Free Daily Wheel Spin

Every Verified Player is entitled to one (1) free spin of the OnPoint Daily Wheel each calendar day, at no cost and with no purchase or deposit required. Each daily spin awards SC and/or free-play rewards as displayed on the wheel at the time of the spin. The daily spin resets once every twenty-four (24) hours. Availability of the Daily Wheel, the reward tiers shown on it, and the reset schedule may be updated from time to time and are governed by the Official Sweepstakes Rules.

Method B — Telegram Channel Bonus Drops

OnPoint periodically distributes complimentary SC and free-spin bonuses to members of our official Telegram channel. These “drops” are released at random intervals and are open to all eligible, Verified Players who follow the redemption instructions included with each drop. Joining and participating in the Telegram channel is entirely free; standard message and data rates from your carrier or provider may apply. Bonus drops are promotional, are offered while supplies last, and may be limited per player, per drop, or per period as stated at the time of release.

Method C — Postal Mail-In Request (Standard AMOE)

As an always-available alternative, any eligible individual may request free SC by sending a written mail-in request that meets the requirements in Section 3 below. The postal method guarantees a purchase-free path to obtain SC and participate in our sweepstakes even where the methods above are unavailable to you. SC obtained by mail are identical in value and use to SC obtained by any other method.

3. Postal Mail-In Request — Requirements

To request free SC by mail, download and complete the OnPoint AMOE Mail-In Request Form from the footer of OnPointCasino.com — or hand-print the same information on a plain 3″ × 5″ card — and mail it inside a stamped, hand-addressed #10 envelope to the address in Section 4. Each request must include all of the following:

• Your full legal name, exactly as it appears on your OnPoint account;
• The email address associated with your registered OnPoint account;
• Your residential (street) address — P.O. boxes will not be accepted;
• Your date of birth, confirming you are at least eighteen (18) years of age;
• The statement, hand-written: “I request free Sweeps Coins from OnPoint Casino.”

Each request must be mailed separately in its own envelope with sufficient first-class postage affixed; no purchase of postage from OnPoint is required or permitted. Requests that are mechanically reproduced, illegible, incomplete, or that do not match a registered and verifiable account will be rejected. OnPoint is not responsible for late, lost, misdirected, postage-due, or undelivered mail.

4. How to Submit Your Mail-In Request

Download the OnPoint AMOE Mail-In Request Form from the footer of OnPointCasino.com, complete it in full, sign and date it, and mail the completed form — inside a stamped, hand-addressed #10 envelope — to the address below:

5. Equal Treatment of All Entries

All SC — regardless of whether they are obtained through the Daily Wheel, Telegram bonus drops, postal mail-in request, promotional offers, or as a bonus accompanying a Gold Coin package — are of identical value and carry identical rights. SC obtained for free are governed by the same rules, redemption thresholds, and prize eligibility as any other SC. Purchasing Gold Coins is optional, is for entertainment only, and does not improve a participant's odds of winning any prize.

6. Eligibility & Territory

• Participants must be legal residents of the United States and at least eighteen (18) years of age (or the age of majority in their jurisdiction, whichever is greater).
• The sweepstakes are void where prohibited or restricted by law. OnPoint Casino is not available to residents of the following excluded jurisdictions: [insert excluded-state list — must match the Terms & Conditions and Official Sweepstakes Rules].
• Employees, officers, and members of OnPoint Administration LLC and their immediate families or households are not eligible to win prizes.
• Participation constitutes acceptance of the Official Sweepstakes Rules, Terms & Conditions, and Privacy Policy.

7. Verification & Prize Redemption

Before any prize redemption, a participant must complete OnPoint's identity verification (KYC) process and satisfy any applicable minimum-redemption and playthrough requirements set out in the Official Sweepstakes Rules. SC that have been used in gameplay may become eligible for redemption for prizes at the then-current redemption terms. OnPoint reserves the right to verify eligibility and to withhold prizes where fraud, abuse, or a violation of these policies is reasonably suspected. All applicable taxes on prizes are the sole responsibility of the recipient.

8. General Terms

OnPoint Administration LLC reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any method of obtaining SC, or to amend this policy, at any time and to the extent permitted by law. In the event of any conflict between this policy and the Official Sweepstakes Rules, the Official Sweepstakes Rules will control.
