3. Playthrough Requirements
3.1 Standard Playthrough Rate
All bonuses are subject to a 30x (thirty times) playthrough requirement on the total bonus amount received, unless the specific promotion explicitly states a different rate.

3.2 Playthrough Scope
The playthrough requirement applies to the bonus amount only. Players must complete all required wagering before any winnings derived from bonus funds may be withdrawn or converted.

3.4 Sportsbook Bonus Wagers — Minimum Odds Requirement
When bonus funds are used on the sportsbook, a minimum odds requirement of −200 (American) / 0.50 (Decimal) applies to every wager. Wagers placed at shorter odds will not count toward playthrough and any associated winnings may be voided. This applies to singles, parlay legs, teaser legs, and live/in-game wagers.

3.5 Maximum Bonus Win Cap
All bonuses are subject to a maximum win cap of 5x (five times) the original bonus amount. Winnings derived from bonus funds that exceed the 5x cap will be forfeited upon withdrawal request or account review. This applies to all bonus types unless an individual promotion explicitly states otherwise.

4. Bonus Expiration & Time Limits
Unless otherwise specified in the individual promotion, the following default expiration windows apply:
- Deposit Bonuses: Must be used within 30 days of issuance.
- Promotional & Event Bonuses: Must be used within the promotion period stated in the offer.
- Cash Drop Bonuses: Must be claimed and used within 24–72 hours of the drop event.
- Player Rebate Rewards: Must be used within 7 days of the rebate being credited.
- Loyalty & VIP Bonuses: Must be used within 30 days of issuance unless stated otherwise.
Expired bonuses will be automatically removed without compensation. OnPoint Casino reserves the right to extend or modify expiration windows on a case-by-case basis.
5. General Bonus Rules & Conditions
- One Bonus at a Time: Players may only hold one active bonus at a time. Accepting a new bonus while playthrough is unsatisfied may result in forfeiture of the prior bonus.
- One-Time Bonus Use: Unless expressly stated otherwise, each promotional bonus may be claimed and used only one time per player. Repeat claims of the same promotion, or attempts to redeem a one-time offer more than once, may be voided.
- Maximum Bet Restriction: While a bonus playthrough is active, individual wagers may not exceed $10.00 (or equivalent in SC/GC). Violations may result in forfeiture of the bonus and related winnings.
- Bonus Stacking: Bonuses may not be stacked or combined unless explicitly permitted in the promotion terms. Unauthorized stacking may result in account review and removal of bonuses.
- Minimum Deposit Threshold: Qualifying deposits must meet the minimum threshold stated in the promotion. Deposits below the minimum will not trigger the associated bonus.
- Bonus Currency Distinction: Bonuses may be issued as Gold Coins (GC) or Sweep Coins (SC). Gold Coins are for entertainment only and hold no monetary value. Sweep Coins are subject to platform redemption terms.
- Fraudulent Activity: OnPoint Casino reserves the right to forfeit bonuses and suspend or close accounts found to be engaging in fraud, bonus abuse, collusion, or Terms and Conditions violations.
- Account Eligibility: Bonuses are limited to one per household, IP address, device, or shared network. Players must be of legal age and located in an eligible jurisdiction.
- Policy Modification: OnPoint Casino may amend, suspend, or discontinue any bonus or this Policy at any time with reasonable notice through the platform or by email.

Calculated based on net losses during a defined rebate period. Rebate rate is determined by the player's loyalty tier and Monthly Performance Credits system. Subject to 30x playthrough and 5x max win cap before winnings may be redeemed.
6.5 Loyalty & VIP Program Bonuses

6.6 Sportsbook Bonus Wagers
Bonus funds used on the OnPoint Sportsbook are subject to the following conditions:
- Minimum Odds: All sportsbook wagers with bonus funds must be placed at −200 or longer (American) / 0.50 or higher (Decimal). Wagers below minimum odds do not count toward playthrough and winnings may be voided.
- Parlay & Teaser Legs: Each leg must independently meet the minimum odds of −200 / 0.50 when bonus funds are active.
- Live Betting: In-game wagering with bonus funds is permitted provided minimum odds are met at wager confirmation.
- Maximum Win Cap: The 5x max win cap applies to all sportsbook wagers placed with bonus funds.
